How do we communicate?
For every partner agency, we assign a dedicated account manager and you will receive daily status emails, discuss time estimates and communicate feedback.
As per your request, you will also have access directly with the designers or developers involved in your project.
We can also do weekly stand-up meetings, which are usually limited to 20, 30 or 45 minutes.
Is this service white labelled?
From the very beginning we let you keep the 100% of the communication with your clients. In a case-to-case basis we are also available to discuss with your clients as part of your extended team.
With certain partners, we work with @yourbrand.name email addresses to use in communications with your clients.
How long does a website build out take?
We focused on optimising our process in such way that a complete site build-out can happen in 10 hours or less. For each project or task, you will get a time estimate upfront. We can also provide you with used hours reports on a weekly basis.
When do hourly packages expire?
Hourly packages cover you for the next 90 days, from date of purchase, and if you don’t use the hours, we will donate the remaining hours to non-profit organisations in Romania. We are constantly on the look-out for new beneficiaries for donated hours.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, we only offer refunds as part of our Money Back Guarantee for any reason whatsoever. For the 50 hours package, you can get a FULL refund within the first 10 hours. For the 20 hours package, you can get a FULL refund within the first 4 hours. For the 5 hours package, you can get a FULL refund within the first hour.
